We completed another successful public exhibition this weekend for Wessex Strategic. The proposal, for 75 new homes in Milborne St Andrew, Dorset, was well supported by the local community and we received some helpful suggestions for improvements to the scheme.
The Homefield site is the most appropriate location for new homes in the village and we look forward to collaborating with the Neighbourhood Plan Group and Parish Council as we move forward with a planning application.
