HUGE congratulations to Devonshire Homes for achieving consent for 320 homes (30% affordable) in Heamoor near Penzance, Cornwall.
Despite the site being allocated, it is technically challenging and has faced vocal local opposition – all of which saw this project test the client team’s resilience as well as its professional expertise. Common sense ultimately prevailed, however, as Cornwall Council’s west sub-area planning committee today agreed that this is, indeed, a very well-considered and much-needed scheme.
