We are delighted to announce that we have built upon our strong relationship with property developer Wessex Investors, with the appointment as Communications Managers for Wessex Strategic, a specialist land promotion business formed jointly by Wessex Investors and Richardson.
Our first task was to work with graphic designer Lathwell & Associates and web designer Cosmic to create the company’s new corporate identity and website.
Moving forwards, our role will involve managing all of the key stakeholder, media and public engagement activities associated with the company’s projects across the South and South West.
Our work for both Wessex entities this year will include residential-led mixed use schemes in Cornwall, Devon and Dorset as well as retail-led schemes in Devon and Somerset. Exciting times ahead!
