The South West region performed well in the latest round of funding for infrastructure improvements to unlock housing developments – announced today.
Particular congratulations to Councils in the areas we’re currently involved with:
- Mid Devon District Council for securing £18.2m for infrastructure improvements at Tiverton’s Eastern Urban Extension, and for Junction 28 of the M5
- North Devon Council for securing nearly £12.65m for Westacott in Barnstaple, Ilfracombe’s Southern Extension and the Gillingham strategic site allocation
- Taunton Deane Borough Council for securing £7.2m for the Staplegrove Spine Road.
