It’s all change at Junction 25 of the M5 from today.
The old section of the A358 between the ‘Taunton’ junction roundabout and the Park & Ride will be closed except for access and cyclists until Phase 2 is completed (currently on track for this summer). After that, it will be re-opened to eastbound traffic only.
Meanwhile, we’re all going to be travelling via the new Nexus link road, which has been constructed to open up land for the proposed new Nexus 25 business park.
This 25 hectare site is owned by Summerfield Developments, which envisages a mix of office and industrial occupiers generating up to 3,000 jobs.
