We are excited to be working with LaSalle Investment Managers on a retail extension project in Elmbridge, Surrey.
The proposal will extend the popular Brooklands Shopping Centre, currently home to M&S and Tesco, and create three new retail units, one of which will be taken by M&S, enabling it to expand its range and relocate its café.
Lucie grew up in Elmbridge and knows the Brooklands area very well – she is enjoying working on a project so close to ‘home’.
